TERMS/CONDITIONS DUE TO THE LIMITED NUMBER OF PLACES, THE FOLLOWING APPLIES TO ALL SUMMER CAMP BOOKINGS

* Advance booking & payment is essential. 

* Places are reserved on a first come first served basis & only when full payment & booking form are received.

*Deposit is £50 to secure the booking 

*PARENTS MUST STATE IF A CHILD HAS AN ALLERGY!

* If I do not receive full payment & booking form in time, your place may be given to someone else 

* There are strictly NO refunds.

*PHOTOS ARE TAKEN ON THE DAY, IF DO NOT WANT YOUR CHILD PHOTO TO BE TAKEN PLEASE LET US KNOW!

* Missed or cancelled sessions are not re-fundable or transferable to another date/time 

* Summer camp prices are only valid for holiday sessions. 

* This is for children aged 4 – 8 years old.

* It is your responsibility to ensure that your child arrives at the Location safely.

* Please drop off your children inside the reception & it’s is your responsibility to collect your child from inside the reception.

* Children must not be dropped off on the road. Under no circumstances can they wait on the road to be collected. 

* You must call the Ezie arts immediately if you are going to be late collecting your child. You may be charged for late collection. 

* If Ezie Arts need to cancel Summer Camp we will inform you as soon as possible. You will get a full refund 

* We require that all children are well behaved, polite & respectful at all times. 

*** BAD BEHAVIOUR IS NOT TOLERATED AT EZIE ARTS CLUB.

*** CHILDREN WHO ARE DISRUPTIVE, ABUSIVE OR RUDE WILL BE EXCLUDED & NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN.

***NO LIABILITY WILL BE ACCEPTED BY EZIE ARTS CLUB OR THE TEACHER FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY THAT MAY HAPPEN WHILE YOUR CHILD IS AT EZIE ARTSCLUB MAY HAPPEN WHILE YOUR CHILD IS AT EZIE ARTS CLUB.
